Daisy Day On April 23rd, 2010 the Society renewed its Daisy Day Public Awareness campaign and fund raiser at six venues in Antigonish, raising a total of $1,734.50 and meeting hundreds of donors from Antigonish town and county. Anne Marie Long and volunteers at the Mall John R MacDougall, Chairperson of the Society & Riley Broussard at the Credit Union Kevin MacDonald & volunteers at Walmart Lynn MacDonald and Debbie Horne at the NSLC Mary McCarron and volunteers at Shopper's Drug Mart Jerome Connolly and Volunteers at the Mall Roy Cameron having fun at the Mall Volunteers at Superstore Volunteers Having Fun The Society would like to thank all the venues for their support, all the volunteers from the Dr. John Hugh Gillis Confirmation class of Marie for their help and good fun, Debbie Horne who coordinated the event and without whom it would not have happened, and especially from you the donors and people we met who made our day so much fun and who we hope we educated about the Society.
